    Join a warm gathering of neighbors diving into the power of whole-food, plant-based eating. Bring a homemade plant-based dish to share, get inspired by a fun live cooking lesson, and nourish both your body and your community connection.

    Enjoy a short introduction to the health benefits of a whole food plant-based diet, and, if you choose, a short cooking demo on making delicious and nutritious teas from foods you usually throw away.

    Please bring your own plates, utensils, and napkins, and a small donation to keep the lights and AC on at St. Luke’s.

Each woman brings her unique experiences and insights, enriching the collective understanding through honest conversation and active listening. Together, women of all ages build a supportive community rooted in mutual respect, growth, and the timeless strength found in their shared stories.

    Bring your friends, mothers, and daughters and share stories about things you learned the hard way. What would you tell your younger self about how to proceed?
