    SACRED TEA CEREMONY WITH KYA

    Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.

    Please join Kya McMahon every Tuesday for an intentional journey with Living Tea. The Cha Dao Tea Ceremony is a practice of mindfulness, connection, and the Way of Tea.

    We come together and sit in silence as we connect to the ways of the ancients. Each bowl of tea gently guides us into a meditative softening, an opening to our inner realms.

    Through this space that Tea creates we are able to listen, to truly hear our Highest Selves.

    The leaves used in our tea ceremonies are all organic and come from wild, old-growth trees and plants that are sustainably grown and harvested by farmers who love, respect, and understand the power of this medicine.

    This is a holistic experience balancing the physical, mental and spiritual bodies with each sit.

    If you have felt the call to sit in ceremony, the time is now to respond to that inner voice. Follow your intuition and your true heart's calling to this truly profound and life changing experience.

    Please dress comfortably, and arrive in silence before finding a quiet seat in the circle.

Each woman brings her unique experiences and insights, enriching the collective understanding through honest conversation and active listening. Together, women of all ages build a supportive community rooted in mutual respect, growth, and the timeless strength found in their shared stories.

    Bring your friends, mothers, and daughters and share stories about the time you said “no” and meant it. How did that "no" create space for a bigger "yes" in your life?

    Boundary-setting is a skill that evolves deeply through the three stages of womanhood.

    This gentle heart-opening mantra meditation offers a safe and respectful way to reconnect with openness that already exists in the 4th chakra, the heart, beneath those layers. The heart learns to close because we love, lose, adapt, and survive. Over a lifetime, protection becomes second nature.

    Blending modern understanding of how sound calms the nervous system with ancient Vedic wisdom of the heart chakra (Anahata), this experience uses sacred seed sounds to invite ease, warmth, and inner connection without strain, stretching, or emotional pressure.

    Through simple seated postures, thoughtful teaching, and a soothing call-and-response mantra practice, sound becomes a companion, helping the body remember safety, resonance, and quiet joy.
