ONE FLOW
Four Hands, One Flow is a unique, co-creative blend of your own ability to heal together with the gifts of two practitioners for a profoundly restorative experience.
Karen Carrier, a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, brings her depth of training in energy work, while Julie Langford offers her expertise in myofascial release. Together, we weave these complementary modalities into a flowing, customized session designed to release physical restrictions, rebalance the body’s energy, and open space for deep healing.
The presence of four hands allows for an amplified field of support, creating an extraordinary opportunity for transformation and renewal. Each session lasts 50 minutes and concludes with an additional 10 minutes on the Wholeistic Lyfe energy mat, giving your body time to integrate the work.
ENERGY BALANCING
Kåren uses Brennan Healing Science® practices and techniques from her comprehensive four year training to clear, charge, balance, and align the human energy field and it’s subtle energy bodies.
Support on an energetic level can not only help to alleviate emotional and physical pain but most importantly can create the space and conditions needed to fully access one’s innate healing power and initiate all kinds of healing processes – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
It is less about individual symptoms, but rather about bringing the person - with everything that makes them who they are - into greater balance; bringing coherence, alignment and more ease to all areas of life.
Sessions are 30 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes for setting intentions beforehand, and optional integration time on the PEMF Quantum Align Mat afterwards.
MASSAGE
Because our energy field and our physical body are inseparably connected and influence each other, combining massage with energy work is like cookies and milk. Profound healing can occur when we finally allow ourselves a moment to deeply relax, maybe even to sigh a little as our nervous system lets go of having to constantly keep us safe; inviting us instead to soften into feeling exquisitely nurtured and protected within the energetic container of sacred space.
Adding about 30 minutes to the total session length, a nervous-system-soothing Massage can be booked as integrated add-on to any energy balancing or stone medicine session.
CUSTOM HEALING
Experience a personalized healing tailored specifically to address your unique requests and needs. This may include energy balancing, massage, sound and stone medicine.
Each treatment is different and anchors you into a state of presence, tending to what is here for you in the moment.
Sessions are 60 minutes with an additional 15 minutes for setting intentions beforehand, and optional integration time on the PEMF Quantum Align Mat afterwards.
*Multi-session Packages are good for 6 months.
*A 10-session package may be shared with one other person.
DAOIST STONE MEDICINE
Stones and crystals are carriers of archetypal and energetic qualities that can guide healing on multi-dimensional levels including soul level healing. Stones embody the enduring wisdom of the Earth, offering stability, resonance, and a capacity to anchor the spirit when the nervous system or psyche feels unsettled. By working with the unique vibrational signatures of different stones on a series of energy vortices on the body, Daoist Stone Medicine practitioners support regulation, harmony, and the restoration of balance between body, mind, and spirit.
Kåren’s specialty is working with stones in combination with the Eight Extraordinary Meridians. These meridians are like hidden rivers within us, carrying the quiet memory of why the soul came into being. When placed with intention, presence, focus and love, stones have the capacity to awaken the deep waters of these channels, inviting forgotten parts of the soul to be healed and remembered. In their stillness, the stones whisper us back to ourselves — to the essence, the purpose, and the harmony that has always been within.
