1. Services

BreathWorks provides bodywork, massage, myofascial release, energy work, classes, workshops, retreats, and educational content. All services are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Health Disclaimer

Clients acknowledge that bodywork and energy work may involve physical touch and emotional release. You agree to inform your practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medications, or discomfort before and during sessions. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. No Guarantees

Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any service, class, or retreat.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

  • Retreat and event deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified for retreats or packages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and materials—is the property of BreathWorks and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreathWorks is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in services or use of this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
