After losing her adult daughter to a fatal accident, Gaylynn Kapri learned that she had Stage 4 colon cancer. Heartbroken and scared, she followed her doctors’ advice and underwent surgery to remove a 14” tumor followed by extensive chemotherapy. At 105 pounds, her doctors released her to palliative care and then to hospice. They sent her home to die.
Instead, Gaylynn chose to live and committed to changing her entire lifestyle. Nine years later, she is a thriving certified wellness coach, yoga teacher, and plant-based nutrition advocate. Gaylynn now teaches people how to avoid or heal diseases like cancer, diabetes, and autoimmune disorders. She integrates her life-experience and training to support individuals on their wellness journeys, with a particular focus on emotional healing and physical restoration.
Gaylynn collaborates with a variety of holistic practitioners to create life-changing individual and group immersive retreats, all rooted in plant-based living, mindfulness, and spiritual connection. space for those navigating grief and life transitions. Whether on the mat, in the kitchen, or in sacred retreat settings, Gaylynn is passionate about helping others awaken their body’s natural ability to heal.
Gaylynn offers coaching calls twice a week — Mondays at 6:30-8:30 and Wednesdays 10:00-12:00.
