MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

John F. Barnes Myofascial Release treatments are gentle but profound and their effects last longer than massage. Julie uses very little pressure and long holds in order to release fascial restrictions that surround muscle, organs, blood vessels, even nerves. Some people find themselves able to release trapped emotions, trauma, or pain that has dogged them for years.
