    Julie Langford combines practical stretching with simple self-massage techniques that target stiffness in the neck, shoulders, hips, and lower back.

    This 60-minute Self-Love Yoga class weaves movement, breath, and sound to awaken worthiness from within.

    Through gentle flow, coherent breath, and vibrational resonance, you’ll soften the inner critic, nurture your nervous system, and remember what it feels like to be your own safe space.

  • ENERGY FLOW QIGONG

    Awaken Your Body’s Healing Intelligence

    Energy Flow Qigong is a gentle, trauma-informed class led by Courtney Doll, designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and awaken the healing intelligence already within you.

    Through breath, slow intentional movement, and somatic awareness, you’ll learn how to shift from stress and survival into a state of presence, ease, and inner connection. Each session supports your body’s natural rhythms, helping to clear energetic stagnation, replenish your life force (Qi), and strengthen your capacity to receive, rest, and heal.
