POWER OF 8 GROUPS
Power of Eight groups gather once a week to meditate on one or two intentions chosen by group members. The meditations are 10 minutes each, after which group members share their experiences. The meetings are about an hour long.
According to Lynne McTaggart, the author of The Power of Eight, those who meditate together of behalf of another often experience the fulfillment of their own intentions.
BreathWorks is pleased to be associated with four Power of Eight groups a week, two in-person, and two online. These meeting are always free and are a commerial-free zone.
If you’d like to start your own Power of 8 group, BreathWorks would be delighted to share our electronic resources with you and your group.
