Alyssa Nora is a Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner with a gentle, intuitive approach to guiding others into stillness and renewal. Her offerings weave together guided meditation, breathwork techniques, and the transformative resonance of sound. Drawing on a variety of instruments rooted in both science and ancient traditions. Alyssa creates rich, layered soundscapes that invite the mind, body, and spirit into deep harmony. Each session is an immersive journey, designed to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm.

Alyssa’s path began in 2018 while living in Spain, when she felt called to deepen her personal practice through a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Kula Tantra and Shamanism in Quito, Ecuador. By 2021, she became a Reiki Master in the Usui System, a milestone that inspired her to explore the healing potential of sound even further. She is wrapping up her Level 2 Diploma in 1:1 Integral Sound Healing at The Sound Healing Academy, a training that blends modern research with time-honored wisdom to create powerful, and well-rounded sound journeys.

Alongside her private practice, Alyssa leads monthly community sound bath journeys and offers intimate small-group and one-on-one sessions at Bronze Fox Beauty in St. Petersburg, FL. With a Master’s Degree in Education, a background in nonprofit work, and a deep humanitarian spirit, she holds space with a trauma-informed approach, creating a compassionate, safe environment for every participant. Her work invites each person to soften, release, and realign with their most authentic self.
